Looking good. But, now that I have seen the back side from the exterior, you're gonna have to do something about the insulation hanging down underneath. Wind driven rain will get to it as things stand and then you'll be sorry. There are various solutions, but whatever you do I don't think you should be able to see it at all from anywhere outside, right?
