Oh man. Yes! I strive to get the simple stuff right. Occasionally I mess up, but I really try. It bugs me when others don't. Follow through on the simple stuff should be just that... simple. And it needs to happen. If you don't follow through on the easy stuff I am definitely not going to trust you with something challenging.
